I didn't do anything different from what you documented - nothing
special for PostgreSQL, and no code changes to your module. (Well, I
changed the name of the copy I linked with libiodbc to nsiodbc, just so
I could tell which one I was working with, and have both loaded at the
same time.)
[Rereads the question...] Oh, you mean the unixODBC .ini setup.

Keep us posted if you guys do anything along those lines. Actually, the
first thing I thought I'd look into is puzzling out some of those
compiler warnings.
