Yeah, at first glance it looks like a lot of them will go away with
some explicit type casts/declarations, e.g., "(SQLSMALLINT)
sizeof(blah)", etc. Some others look a little trickier. I'll have a
closer look later today. If I get them all cleaned out I can send you
the diffs.
