Could we get a 4.0.3 src tarball up on Sourceforge. For gentoo (and
fink I think) it is much easier to create build scripts if the tarball
is there and properly named.
The current one is called aolserver-4.01-src.tar.gz rather than
aolserver-4.0.1-src.tar.gz which means you have to jump through some
hoops to tell it the real name of the src tarball; most builds assume
you can get a src tarball with something like
package-${VER}-src.tar.gz or something similiar.
Also, it would be great if there were announcements when there are
patch releases (if only because the lack of announcements can create
the impression that the project is not actively maintained). I follow
the mailing list and I managed somehow to miss that r3 has been made
(nor can I tell what was fixed as there are no comments in the
Changelog saying when each release was made).
