Done.  I've also put a 4.0.2 src tarball as well.

I've deleted that release, and re-released it as
aolserver-4.0.1-src.tar.gz -- I hope this doesn't negatively impact
anyone whow as relying on it being named -4.01- ...

I'm also wondering if I should re-release the 4.0 release as
aolserver-4.0.0-src.tar.gz or not -- does anyone care?
