There are currently 3 open bugs in SourceForge for nsxml: #749796, #749789 and #749774. However, as far as I know, nsxml has been deprecated in favor of using tDOM with AOLserver.
Is anyone still using nsxml or do you know of anyone who is still using it? Especially in a production environment? The three open bugs were all filed by Matthew Krenzer (who I am Cc:'ing directly to hopefully get a response from him). If there is anyone else who is still using nsxml, and would like to see these bugs fixed, please either reply to the list or directly to me off-list. Otherwise, I may be inclined to just close these bugs as "will not fix" and officially declare nsxml obsolete and unsupported.
