Someone is asking for file sizes just shy of 4GB (260bytes shy).
I suspect this would open a hole in some other web server or
hosting platform, and someone is just seeing if they can jack
into you.  I see repeated requests in my tclhttpd logs that are
obvious poking at various holes in IIS.
