Web-based config. It was all the rage in the 1990's, and partly what
put Netscape Enterprise Server on the map.
Good idea. Perhaps we can resurrect the old Web based configuration
interface from the AOLserver 2.x days, clean it up, and provide as
a stand alone thing.
