Dossy, Thanks! The problem now is getting MSVC. Is there a free command line tool somewhere for nmake? I think I have the last one prior to .NET, but a free one would be useful to document and maybe faster to install.
Otherwise, I've made Tcl with the MinGW/MSYS, and could go on to AOLserver, but I was interested in a native install if possible. Any hints on what problems I might have with MinGW/MSYS? Thanks for any input, I'll document this if I can get it setup. tom jackson On Thursday 08 March 2007 08:35, Dossy Shiobara wrote: > On 2007.03.08, Tom Jackson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Are there any documents on installing and running AOLserver on Windows? > > > > I started with Tcl, which suggested the Cygwin setup, but this seems to > > restrict me to a virtual root directory. > > I'm planning on working out building AOLserver with MinGW/MSYS, but you > can currently build AOLserver with MSVC. > > -- Dossy -- AOLserver - http://www.aolserver.com/ To Remove yourself from this list, simply send an email to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> with the body of "SIGNOFF AOLSERVER" in the email message.
