I went through the painstaking process of documenting exactly what is
necessary to get AOLserver compiled on Win32 using the freely available
Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003, Microsoft Windows Platform SDK and
Microsoft .NET Framework SDK Version 1.1.

These notes are for building AOLserver 4.0.x, but the general idea
