Thanks Dossy. Well, then it´s even more inexcusable for them to have the sign-up pages -which, by the way, serve not only AOL but also the AIM sign-up servers- down for to weeks without anybody noticing about it or acting to fix it. In fact, I went as far as e-mailing two of the firm´s top brass who should deal with the company´s IT infrastructure like the "Senior Operations Architect at AOL", a Mr. Pollack. So far, no answer. Tragic, to say the least. My assumption was that they inadvertedly fired the last AOLserver sysadmin and now they were unable to find anyone to fix their misconfigured server.
