configured. No virtual http servers. The apache itself runned at chrooted 
environment.

This continues until disk full
First time it was found at Apache v1.2 BETA 7. Now it repeated second time at 
Apach v1.2 BETA 10. I'm using different versions of Apache more then  1 year.
