I suggest adding the following:

"If you are seeing the Apache site instead of the one you were expecting, please send an email to the site you were seeking and explain the problem. Normally, you can access this site by addressing the email to the webmaster of the site eg, [EMAIL PROTECTED]"

I also suggest deleting the para I referred to - it is quite offensive to someone who did not create or contribute to the problems.

I was referring to the paragraphs of my original reply, not
the Web page.

We're open to suggestions. Developers are rarely good at
documentation. We've reworked that page a dozen times,
but any ideas how it could be reworked again so that it would
convey the right information to both the installer (for
whom it's a test page) and the site visitor (who might
hit the site before the correct content has been put up,
as happened with Dogpile) would be welcome.
