I've had a number of people comment that httpd.conf needs help in two
regards.

First, although the copious comments are wonderful for the beginner,
they are excessive for someone moderately experienced. There needs to be
an abridged version of the config file with minimal comments.

Second, the file is arranged a little randomly, and could stand to be
arranged in a somewhat more coherent manner. (Although I've had a number
of people mention this to me, none of them have suggested a better
arrangement.)

I was wondering if anyone had any particular objections to including a
file called, say, httpd.conf.abbrev or .minimal, or .abridged (or some
other qualifier) which contained only minimal comments on each block?
This is something that I frequently do for myself on my own servers, so
that I don't have to paw through dozens of lines of comments to get to
the part that I want to modify.
