In my patches I don't see anything altering that string. I wonder if anyone here is using PHP that they didn't get from an RPM or maybe just another build of PHP and if their number is different. If it is then that number reflects what the PHP was built against maybe... and not what the Apache actually is. That's all I can think. I'm poking around tho to figure it out.
