Maybe I should just wait for you to finish the new rpm.
With the jewish holidays here I am going to be a little busy for the next couple of weeks. Though during the week when I have free time I will do my best to work on Apache2 support. I'll probably make a whole new mod_fpse RPM for Apache2 that will do everything for you like making a httpd.conf that is right and such.
If you can wait or continue to work on it and post notes about your findings here then great.
When I have Apache2 support I will continue to support Apache 1.3.27. In fact I will be sticking with Apache 1.3.x until I feel like Apache2 gives me something I don't have in Apache 1.3.x. But I'll support both 1.3.x and Apache2 so that I can make the jump at any point on my production servers.
