I am trying to move my FrontPage user from a RedHat 7.2 (Apache 1.3x) to a RHEL box (Apache 2.0.46 ). I Did the APXS update on 2.046 and FrontPage seems to be working fine. I can add new sites and the FrontPage extensions work fine
The problem is the users I move from the old server can't login. I can add another user and that works fine. But the original user ID won't allow login. I even went so far as to change the passwd with htpasswd but no joy. Anyone run into this before? Seems sort of strange.
