Hi Paul,

I couldn't submit proposal as the CFP is disabled. Yesterday I've checked
and it was mentioned that CFP will be closed at 6:30 P IST today, now it is
5:00 PM IST. I've some papers to submit for the Collab. Please help. Thanks.
