I looked back at the wiki (http://www.ape-project.org/wiki/index.php/Advanced_APE_configuration#How_to_configure_the_APE_Server_with_another_web_server) and my own installation. The virtualHost in the wiki is like the first one you had, but for some reason the testing code use "bob.dreamhoster.com" instead of "ape.bob.dreamhosters.com".
> Running test : Contacting APE Server > domain = bob.dreamhosters.com > Running test : Contacting APE Server (adding frequency) > Can't contact APE Server. Please check the folowing url is pointing to > your APE server : http://0.bob.dreamhosters.com:443 Probably because of the subdomain... But let's go with what the testing page is using :P Anyway, the testing thing can find APE, but not when the frequency is added. As is the sub-sub-domain wasn't working. And it doesn't since you can't access it with Chrome. So maybe it's a DNS problem or the ServerAlias, but I don't see why it doesn't work. - Louis Le 2012-04-24 à 16:46, Orthonormal a écrit : > Nope.
