Hi, I successfully switched to node.js, using socke.io and I cannot be more happier... I have no issues at all and very nice compatibility with all browsers and beside when browser has socket support the speed is unmatchable.. socket.io is well maintained and updated.. and its a project that used by so many so a lot of help in bug fix.. Even for a person that doesn't know much about programming javascript I manage to have a very performing application.. let alone somebody that have great acknowledge it would superb . Just my two cents.
