Have you gotten through the New Language Pair HOWTO fully? If so, then try
to download what has been done upto now for bn-en. Run it first. We have a
fully functional morphological analyser, right now the transfer system needs
a lot of work. If you want to contribute you would need to work on the
transfer system. The bilingual dictionary also could use a lot of
improvement.
