"I figured out that my primary goal should be to complete
both the monolingual and bilingual dictionaries for bn-en to a full coverage of
Bengali wiki."

I had written something about your use of 'full coverage', until I
noticed that later you have 'full coverage (at least 80%)'. You should
change 'full coverage' to 'wide coverage', to reflect that you're
working on realistic terms.

I believe the monolingual dictionaries are both relatively close to
complete, and the primary work should be on the bilingual lexicon, and
transfer rules, but that too is reflected in your work plan.

"That [en-bn]’ll be of great use for any sort of localization, I think."

The distance between the languages is too great, and the length of the
project too short for it to be of immediate use for localisation. I'd
hate to think I'm taking a motivator away from you, but I think it'll
serve you better in the long run to have a more realistic view of the
likely outcome. (Though I'd be very much surprised if Francis hasn't
already explained this to you).
