The proposal looks nice, but as Jim mentioned it'd be wise to keep your
expectations within manageable levels. I'd like you to scoop some more time
into transfer system development, it's my understanding that given the distance
between the languages you'd need to do a lot of research for the transfer
system.
I've put up some quick and interesting challenge for this project idea in
