Confirmed.
If I do a

javaws 
https://apertium.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/apertium/builds/apertium-viewer/launch.jnlp

and tries to select the oc-es I get this in the log:

warnUser(Unexpected error while trying to load online package:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: File: data/modes/oc_aran-es.mode

warnUser(Unexpected error while trying to load online package:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: File: data/modes/oc-es.mode

The problem is also there in the opposite direction.

Probably there is a problem with the packaging, but downloading the JAR
from
https://apertium.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/apertium/builds/apertium-oc-es/
I can see that the modes are there.
