It should be fixed now at revision 41377. It was simply that the URL of the
oc-es pair at the manifest file wasn't pointing to the right JAR (it was
pointing nowhere actually). Everything should be working well now, but
Apertium-Caffeine users might need to first uninstall the pair and then
install it again to solve the issue.
