Hello Yannis,

That pair was created for the Apertium Luxembourg Workshop by crossing the
pairs for es-it and fr-es (I think). So, there are no current developers
and you are welcome to take the helm.

There is pretty much all the data that you need already available in
Apertium (the pairs br-fr and fr-es have fairly large dictionaries of
French, and the pairs ca-it and es-it have reasonable dictionaries of
Italian). Carme Armentano has a paper:
