Hello Yannis, That pair was created for the Apertium Luxembourg Workshop by crossing the pairs for es-it and fr-es (I think). So, there are no current developers and you are welcome to take the helm. There is pretty much all the data that you need already available in Apertium (the pairs br-fr and fr-es have fairly large dictionaries of French, and the pairs ca-it and es-it have reasonable dictionaries of Italian). Carme Armentano has a paper: http://xixona.dlsi.ua.es/~carmentano/sepln2008.pdf which might be of use. Please feel free to join us on IRC: irc.freenode.net #apertium -- I won~t be around much until next week, but after that can offer help and suggestions. Bon courage!
