Gracias por la ayuda ya instale VISLCG3, ahora necesito probar
apertium-kaz-tat como me dijo Francis, pero al instalar no termina hay
error hice lo siguiente:
export PATH=$PATH:/translator/bin

export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/translator/lib/pkgconfig
#cd apertium-kaz-tat
#./autogen.sh --prefix=/translator (todo bien pasó)

#make install (aqui hay error)
