Hi Estelle!

This is quite a common problem. The simple fix is to go into the
directory apertium-fr-es and do: cp *.mode modes/

Then it should work.

The more complicated fix involves copying something that Unhammer did in
nn-nb, and I've just done it. Will commit soon :)
