As you've raised the issue, I see that at least some of the
debian/copyright files have:
Copyright: 2014, Apertium Project Management Committee <[email protected]>

This isn't true (it can't be, as there's no such legal entity).

If we're to go about fixing the licensing (and possibly relicensing),
we should at least also ensure that the AUTHORS files are correct and
accurate.
