As Anthony mentioned elsewhere in this thread, that is part of an example of how the terms can be applied; moreover, it comes shortly after text that states 'END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS', so while I can appreciate your position, there are clear indications that 'or later' is *not* part of the terms.
