Hi Hector!

Prompsit Language Engineering has developed a tool to do this based on 
Apertium. The tool is called "AltLang". I'm not entirely sure if it has 
been published yet.

I would get in contact with them and ask about it. I have put in CC Gema 
Ramírez Sánchez who was involved in the development.
