Hi, i'm Ankit. I wanted to inquire about a possible project idea for GSoC 2015.
I wanted to work on either Fuzzy-String Matching approach applied to
search-string-neighborhood to retrieve better conversion options, or
to further develop the English-Hindi language pair.
It turns out that some work has been done on both of these approaches:

1)Fuzzy Approach:

2)English - HIndi Language Pair:
https://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/project/details/google/gsoc2014/raveesh/5668600916475904

I wanted to inquire whether these projects were complete, or whether
there is some scope of improvement or addition of features/methods
etc.

If, these projects are complete then how does the Apertium community
think about Browser plugins for chrome/firefox to help convert
selected-text/page in different languages ?? Any scope for these
projects ?

Thanks.
