Hi,
You are always welcome to apertium community and GSOC is just one of the
way to contribute to apertium . You can start with hacking existing
projects . Feel free to ask any doubt in this mailing list or in #apertium
in IRC

Hello,

I assume I do not qualify for GSOC, because I am not a student? But, as
someone unemployed, I can spare the time?

I thought of this only when I saw the email from Francis. I need to,
like the mentors, justify the time. But, if I do not qualify for GSOC,
perhaps we could talk about some project? With structure for both sides?

There are many, many projects I would like to do with Apertium... This
is the lightest of thoughts, and it is no trouble if not possible.

Regards,
Rob
