Hi,

I have been using Apertium as a translation tool from Italian to Spanish,
so I am interested in improving its performance.

As I am a linguist, not a computer person, I cannot contribute on the
technical side (code, etc.), but I can provide input on special cases, such
as "mango".

In Italian, handle is "manico", while the tropical fruit is "mango", so the
situation is similar to Catalan, as in many other cases.

A similar case is,
1) it. costume m. = esp. costumbre f. ; cat. costum m. ; fr. coutume f. =
eng. custom
2) it. costume m. = esp. traje m. ; cat. vestit m. ; fr. costume m. = eng.
suit

If it is useful, I can submit other examples as I come across them in my
translations.

Fins aviat
FLT
