We already have something like this in the html-tools code (it's
available
on turkic.apertium.org for example), but is turned off on the main
Apertium
site because we want to focus on translation --- to not clutter the
interface.
But I think there could definitely be some GCI tasks to produce a more
convenient interface and one that functions independent of translation.
