We already have something like this in the html-tools code (it's available on turkic.apertium.org for example), but is turned off on the main Apertium site because we want to focus on translation --- to not clutter the interface.
We could have a domain (mono.apertium.org), which could be linked from the bottom of the main www.apertium.org interface. How does that sound?
