Just in case anybody else runs into this problem, it seems related to
the *.prob file that is created with apertium-init. I am not paying
too much attention to it because I am going to use CG to start off
with, however, check the file size. If it is 34009 bytes large that
you should be okay. If it is something else, 118 in my case, I ran
into this problem. I haven't checked what exactly was going on,
however, copying over the "correct" file and renaming it should help.
