Hey,

I've tweaked the proposal a little bit but I need some help with what
features should I add, what is needed? It's hard to figure something out
because this was a project proposed by Apertium but did not have much
information about what the project should focus on or what it should be
improved on.
On changing the design I focused mainly on creating one from scratch rather
than using a framework. Do you think that is a bad idea? If this is a good
idea I have to add more to the work plan as I have to write a documentation
for the design to maybe make it as a framework that can later be used on
more Apertium websites(wiki). I'm not sure tho because this sounds like a
whole different project proposal...

Daniel, you asked "what would we gain by rewriting the interface in a
different framework?" and I would say that it's better to use the
latest frameworks, jQuery is fading more and more I think even the last
version of Bootstrap ditched it or they are about to replace it, but I
chose this because it was a suggested enhancement here
<https://github.com/apertium/apertium-html-tools/issues/351>.

Also, about the Romanian-English translation I was referring to adding an
actual language pair but I decided to delete that because it doesn't have
anything to do with the actual project of "Website Improvements", right?

Please let me know what you think and what I should add.
