Lines 227 and 229, I expect two outputs (cl7 and cl9) However I get three: echo yekulungwa | lt-proc yao.automorf.bin ^yekulungwa/kulungwa<adj><pl><cl9>/kulungwa<adj><pl><cl1>/kulungwa<adj><pl><cl7>$ I cannot figure out where the extra <cl1> output is coming from!!! Can anyone see what I am doing wrong?
