Last year his predecessor threatened to veto congress's budget bill unless the pork was removed. The Reid-Pelosi democrat congress pulled a fast one. They pulled out the pork but rewrote the budget for 6 months only, to avoid the veto. Now a Dem prez who campaigned Vs pork/ear marks is signing off on the rest of the budget that didn't past muster with GWB. Pretending this is a GWB bill is ludicrous.
