Hi Doug,
Comments and properties are writable by the user who created them,
and by the event owner as well.
For instance, if user 'hober' adds a comment to an event owned by
user 'brian', either hober or brian could remove or edit that
comment. However, if user 'chris' added a subsequent comment to the
event, hober would not be able to edit that comment.
Whenever data is nested like that, similar rules are likely to
apply. For example, if hober adds a performer owned by brian to an
event owned by chris, then any one of the three could remove the
performer from that event.
