This feels like a step in the right direction. High levels of accountability for membership organisations like APNIC are a good thing. I look forward to seeing what these steps bring.
While I don't believe that these changes should be rushed, I hope that this doesn't end up as a discussion item on the ECs agenda for too long and that real action occurs soon. andy
