Thanks Ronald for raising this issue and Jordi for referring to prop-125 which will address the issue. APNIC has implemented prop-125 and started validating abuse contacts for all resources delegated by APNIC. The resources mentioned by Ronald are managed by JPNIC. Users need to do further search from JPNIC Whois to find out the abuse contact information at this stage.
