Thank you Sanjaya. I would greatly appreciate it if APNIC would contact
all of the relevant networks and tell tnem in no uncertain terms that they
are routing stolen space and that they should cease doing that immediately.
Please DO NOT beat around the bush with them. That will only make matters
worse. You need to tell them point blank that they are routing stolen
space. If none of the information on this large theft from AFRINIC that
has appeared in the press is enough to convince you that I am right about
100% of this, then please contact me off list and I will more than happy
to show you the persuasive and overwhelming evidence of what has happened
with respect to each stolen block in turn.

I have to be honest and say that it is exceptionally frustrating for me to
have already done all of the careful analysis to prove the case with respect
to each and every one of the stolen AFRINIC blocks, and to have already had
most or all of this painstaking analysis appear in the public news media,
and for me to have also posted here, and elsewhere, a list of those networks
that are actively participating in further enriching the criminals behind
all of these thefts, only to look again, days later, and see that nothing
at all has changed in the slightest.

This is the level of responsiveness that one expects from the Wuhan city
government, but I had expected better of the Internet community as a whole,
and the APNIC community in particular. In short, I am totally disappointed
by what is clearly a world-wide non-response to the revelations that AFRINIC
had a crooked insider who stole a masive amount of valuable IPv4 space from
that organization and from its legacy holders. I am even more disappointed
at the utter lack of response within the APNIC region. Of the 63 different
networks listed in the updated list below, fully 24 of them... well over
1/3rd of the total... are APNIC region networks. And of the top eight
offenders who are still routing stolen AFRINIC space, four of those eight
are in the APNIC region.

As reported in the press and on AFRINIC mailing lists, when it became
apparent to AFRINIC that it had been massively victimized, AFRINIC called
on officials from APNIC to help them to asses the damage and try to figure
out exactly what had gone wrong. Obviously APNIC was being treated by AFRINIC
almost as a friendly and helpful big brother. But so far, as evidenced
below, the entire APNIC region is NOT helping AFRINIC and is only perpetuating
this ongoing problem. For this utter lack of helpfulness a fair amount of
shame should fall on the entire APNIC "community".
