It is a known fact that there have been disputes between Cloud Innovation and 
AFRINIC and the judgement form the court in Mauritius is pending. Don't think 
it's proper for anyone to draw a conclusion before the court even does. From 
what perspectives you think "Mr Lu Heng is breaking the rules and costing a LOT 
of money and trouble for AFRINIC members and other Rirs too."? It sounds like a 
very serious accusation and even could be regarded defamatory. Don't think we 
want to turn this mailing list into some place for people to attack other 
people like this.
