I didn't mean to start a firestorm, but the way it was written it
sounded suspiciously like China's "New IP" thing roaming around the ITU
which forces everyone into a geofence and requires some sort of ID to be
able to get on the network.
If that's what you are speaking of I "vote" a resounding NO! That is
nothing more than a citizen surveillance network operated by
governments. The world does not need that.
Trying to figure that out is the only reason I asked my questions.

The internet already allows this. Are you proposing change?
I think of a world unburdened by most problems that the Internet is
facing today.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Could you elaborate on how you would change this?
This progress is my goal, especially for developing countries, where
especially in Asia, that impact hundreds of millions of people – a
world where everyone can reach their potential through solid Internet
governance.

Could you describe what you mean by "solid internet governance"?
I am eager to become an instrument of change and be a part of a
community of like-minded individuals bent on giving the world a
better Internet.

Same as above. Could you elaborate on how you would give "the world a
better Internet"?
