Hi Ah Fu,

If you want to SNPs to appear in the results panel, the easiest way
to do that is to create "match" features in your GFF3 that are a
single base long.

If you want to display them in the annotation track, just create
features of the SO type "snp".

There was an issue in Apollo when displaying non-gene annotations
from GFF3 which has been fixed (so you'll want to download the most
current version).

Cheers,
Ed

Hi All,

I am currently looking for ways to display SNPs in Apollo.

I wonder what is the correct way to write the gff3 file in order to display
SNPs?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ah Fu
