While I realize you can add notes for this, I'd rather be able to edit the task name since we have nice little icons now.
For example, I had a task to "make party reservations for Sep. 31" and finally found a good place so I added it to my address book. When I went to edit the task and add the contact info, the task became "call Joe's Restaurant" which is not very helpful because it's too generic (I'm not calling for the sake of calling) and now no date.
