Dr. Fromo is correct in this case. Todo currently does not combine the tasks in this fashion. If you followed Dr. Fromo's example you would find that none of these tasks would appear because the tasks would need to have both the A and B tags assigned to them in order to be displayed. We will look into this functionality in the future. Thanks for mentioning it to us.
