When you reset your synchronization data, all of the data on your iPhone will be deleted. Your synchronization information will then be reset and your iPhone will only download information from Toodledo. You will loose any data that was not synced with Toodledo.
Currently, there is no way in iTunes to view the backed-up data. The backup occurs when you sync your device with iTunes. We hope this answers your question.
