Hi DV, actually we're approaching tags from opposite views. Instead of
tagging each task with every possible situation, each task gets 1 tag,
like "call" if its a call or "internet" if it's something I need to be
on a computer connected to the internet to do. Then, at least in
Remember the Milk, I setup smart lists that include tags that make
sense for that situation. For instance "@Errands" is the list I look
at when I'm driving around town and includes anything with tags:
"calls, or shopping, or gifts". That way I get a list of what I can
physically do in the car. It ofcourse excludes chores and internet. In
RTM this is inclusive, but in Todo I have to think "who do I need to
call" and select the call tag, then think "who do I need to shop for"
and select the gifts tag, then the shopping tag for errand stuff, etc.
Kinda a pain. So far I'm sticking with the RTM app, which is actually
very good, until Todo comes along a little further.
